• We want to take out heat energy at a high temperature of 300°C from the heat source for efficiency reasons. Water needs to be pressurized to 100 bar to keep it from boiling at this temperature. So we use molten lead or molten sodium that will stay liquid at this temperature without boiling. 
• The gap between Langley's Aerodrome failure in the lake during launch and Wright brothers' successful flight in 1903 is only 9 days.
